The room is on the first level next to the kitchen and dinning area. It comes with a private bathroom. The condo is to be shared with 2 other female friendly and peaceful housemates. It has central air/heat and laundry unit is on the second floor. The rent is $1200 per month and $1200 security deposit is required. All utilities are included except gas and electric which to be split with other 2 housemates. No pets, no smoking, no illegal drugs, no party, no heavy alcohoc and no overnight guests.
Housemates are friendly and quiet to themselves most of the time. They’re clean and very respectful to each other. They work on the weekdays and busy on doing their own things on weekends.
