The home is in the Placerville mountains, 20 minutes up a windy road from downtown Placerville. The 4 bedrooms are split up. My girls room and mine are on the right side of house, and the bigger and smaller room on the left side of the house. You would primarily have your own bathroom but will be needed for guests should there be any. Whole house (other than 2 of the bedrooms) would be for your use. Some room is available in the shed to store things if needed. Queen bed is available if needed. Lots of room on the property for a boat or camper to park. Guests are acceptable as long as place is kept clean and rules and house are shown respect. You would be required to purchase your own food, bathroom toiletries, laundry detergents etc. I am looking to rent big room for $1000 a month (GORGEOUS VIEW!) , or both big and smaller room for $1500 per month (if you have a child or would like your own office), plus additional $100 for water, trash, sewer and WIFI combined. Description of home: Remodeled Ranch Style Home. Front 1 acres is unfenced and open. Back 1.5 acres is fully fenced including a barn which can be used for animals. Farm animals are negotiable for back acreage.. Property is on a filtered well & septic system. Fire pit outside.

Lots of room to hang out, play, and enjoy the outdoors. There will be a 21ft pool set up for summer, and a trampoline.

Fishing close by, great lake to paddle boat in or bring your dog to swim in is just down the street! Cool watering hole for in the summer! Very quiet neighborhood. Just a beautiful place to live.

I am a 31 year old male, electrician, musician (tho I haven’t had time for music lately!) I love the outdoors. love to crack a cold one, sit by the fire outside, friends always welcome. I am respectful, down to earth, love to fish, love my girls. I am the father of 2 girls, 2 and 3. I work in Arizona during the week and come home on most weekends and one week out of the month to work from home. I will have my girls on most weekends and in the evenings of the week that I am working from home. Looking for someone who won’t minds the occasional shrieks from little toddlers, stepping on a block or squeaky toy here and there, someone down to earth, respectful, responsible, drug-free, but might like to crack a cold one occasionally (totally optional).
