Southeast Vera Avenue

Me, Ruby, and Brady have lived together for about a year, we have absolutely loved it here! There is very open street parking and is super pedestrian friendly. The bus stop is right outside of the house and goes directly to campus. There are three rooms that are open. There is one shared bathroom, but the house is big with a lot of space. We have amazing water pressure, two fridges, and a lot of cabinet space for people to use!

Ruby, Brady and I are very laid back and chill. We love to hangout in the living room watching movies or to simply chat with each other. We like go to peacock and friends houses for parties, but are respectful to roommates if they need the house to be quiet. We keep our common spaces pretty clean, but understand if life gets in the way sometimes. We like to communicate with one another if something is going on, so it is easier to be understanding. Because this a coed living situation we are preferably looking for one guy and one girl to live with us, but we are not married to that idea if it doesn’t happen like that! :)
