2-4 Month Summer Sublet near Tufts & Davis Square- Highly accessible via bus and subway to Harvard

Introduction: Hi everyone! I am offering a summer sublet for my place at 90 College Avenue, Somerville, MA (02144). The location is unbeatable, less than a 10-minute walk to Tufts University, with a convenient bus route to Harvard, with a bus stop right in front of the house. Additionally, the MBTA Davis station is just a 5-minute walk away. You can also find all the amenities nearby, including restaurants, banks, CVS, and grocery stores.

Why am I subletting: I am a student at Harvard and will be away for my summer break. I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The sublet is available from May to mid-August (can be the August end). I am flexible with dates and months to accommodate your needs. You don’t have to lease for the entire 4 months if you don’t wish to. Although a minimum lease term of 2 months is required.

As for amenities: The best part - all electricity, heating, and gas charges are included in the rent! High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided, so you won’t have to worry about additional utility costs like water, or sewage. etc!

Let’s talk about the room: It is a cozy, decent-sized space room on the 1st floor, boasting ample sunlight throughout the day. With two windows for refreshing air, a comfortable study area, a closet, shelf, bed, and mattress, it’s fully equipped for your stay. I also provide a lamp, dustbin, and an extra mattress for added convenience.

Regarding the house: Currently, 4 rooms out of 5 are occupied, some of which may become available (get vacant) during the break. The house features 2 bathrooms/washrooms, ensuring convenience for all residents. You will have access to a shared kitchen equipped with a fridge, microwave, baking oven, and stove, located on the floor above. Additionally, in the kitchen, there’s a common area with a couch and dining table if needed. The owner and fellow residents are super friendly and respectful of your privacy. Parking might be available (will have to check with the woner)
