The room was a garage converted to a room (20x20) for my mother-in-law. It has its own shower bathroom. There are 18ft of closets down one side of the room. One closet space holds my water heater and electrical box. I MUST HAVE ACCESS TO ROOM AT ALL TIMES (IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES). The other closets contain a 1 freezer & 1 5ft. refrigerator, shelves to store dry food and cans, clothes closet, and linen closet. There is a TV mounted to the wall with free U tube. Any other stations you will need to pay for them yourself. There is a small eating table that holds a microwave and 2-8ft book shelves (good storage area) on another wall. You have your own heating and air conditioning. I keep tabs on heating and ac. If the bill becomes out of the ordinary you will have to cover the difference! Out the back door is access to the kitchen (you may use the kitchen with permission) and laundry. You can drive right up to your front door. Note: I have a number of cats so you cannot be allergic to them. Some of the cats are outdoor and indoor. You must have the day shift at work, be clean (or pay for cleaning service, no male friends, illegal drugs, alcohol in your room, and be able to pay $700.00 monthly rent. NO REFUNDS IF asked to leave. You will need a bed and comfortable small chair for the room. I have no place to store any of your furniture.

I am a retired lady from various jobs including elementary school teacher. I know how to defend myself. I am a Christian and prefer to have someone who attends church in our community. I have another renter (a gentleman 47yrs old) who has been with me for about 6 months. He is very trustworthy and pleasant to be around. He works the day shift also.
