1 private bedroom opening up in a 3 bedroom apartment at the Islands of Fox Chase apartments in Glen Burnie. The bedroom will be unfurnished and shares a bathroom with 1 other room. It is a 2nd floor apartment with a shared kitchen/living space and in-unit laundry. The apartment center also has a Clubhouse and Fitness Center open to residents. The listed monthly rent is the per person amount with how we currently split the rent for the 3 bedroom. This split is potentially open for discussion. This listed rent does not include the utilities which come out to about an extra $80 to100 per month on average. (Note the pictures listed are only of the common living space and not the room itself)
Two queer roommates looking for a third since our current third roommate is moving out at the end of June. Our preference would be no pets but potentially open to discussion on that. We keep our space fairly clean and are looking for the same in a new roommate. Open to becoming friends but you’re more than welcome to keep to yourself as well.
