A room with private bathroom in a 2B/2B condo is available for rent starting May 1st and for 6 months with an option to renew the lease (alone or with another roommate!) in Carlsbad Village, less than a mile from the beach. The room is open as of May 1st. Rent is $1,577 and WiFi & utilities will be split (~$75/month). I have a 4 year old cat who is friendly with other cats but not any other animals.

The condo complex is incredibly quiet and is located right next to Carlsbad Village & the beach! Accessible to I-5 and 78 freeways, as we are right off the Las Flores exit. You will have one designed parking spot in the gated garage and there is plenty of parking on the street.

Will be sharing common areas: front patio, back balcony, storage space, living room, dining room, kitchen, loft & office space! I work from home so someone who is hybrid or works primary out of the house would be preferred.
