The Room:

• You would be one of the bedrooms on the main floor with a shared full bathroom.
• The room itself has the option to be furnished with full size mattress, table, lamp, and shelves.
• Carpet flooring in room.

• Option to be fully furnished.
• Shared kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils.
• Shared Washer/Dryer in the basement.
• Ample street parking.
• Garage storage space available on request.

Roommates:

• This is a quiet house with young professionals/entrepreneurs. Looking for other motivated young professionals looking to save on rent, traveling professionals, or motivated students. This is the opposite of a party house.
• We’re the owners of the house and live there together downstairs.
• we will be in our own space in the basement.
• There are house rules to keep everything clean and everyone happy.

Rent and utilities:

• $750/month per room (2 rooms available).
• 12 month term (3, 6, and 9 month terms available with premium).
• Deposit: one month’s rent.
• $100/month for all electric, gas, water, sewer, garbage, wi-fi, property maintenance included.

Pets/Smoking:

• We have a cat. Don’t apply if you are allergic to cats.
• Pets will be considered on a case by case basis with $500 pet deposit and $50/month pet rent.
• Absolutely no smoking or drug use of any kind. Don’t apply if you smoke.
