Besides myself, there is currently a roommate that is a male, and he usually keeps himself. He works remote, and when he does have to go out into the field, he is usually out all day. He is responsible and pays his half of bills on time. I am mainly looking for a tenant to replace me and to take over the lease. I will be moving out as early as the end of March.
