Julie's room

I have one bedroom unfurnished room with private bathroom for rent in single level house in the new Smith Creek neighborhood. Close to freeway and 3 minutes from Walmart. Freshly painted and carpets cleaned. Closet, blinds and black out drapes. Rent includes utilities and internet, cable and Netflix. Shared laundry and kitchen. Street parking. Room has lock.

I am the owner and in my 50’s. I work from home and stay to myself. I do have dogs and cats so must love animals. My room and bathroom are at the opposite end of the house. I have a gate in the hallway that prevents dogs from disturbing you and fenced backyard. My 35 year old daughter has a room here and she comes over on some weekends with her dog.
