Applications can be filled out on Zillow and is non-refundable. You are not required to fill out an application before viewing the apartment. Please review the following criteria and terms carefully and only request a tour or fill out an application if you meet them.

Requirements Must make 2.5x rent (if you apply you must show proof of income) -Healthy Credit Score (will not consider below 550) -Provide 1-2 landlord references (if this is your first place a co-signer may be required for the first 6 months of your lease if you don’t meet the other requirments ex. Healthy credit score) -No recent evictions/judgments/criminal history within last few years

I do work a full-time job and am not allowed to use my phone at work. If you call or text and I don’t answer, I will return your call/message within 24 hours.

There are three other people that live in this apartment. 1 woman and 2 guys. Everyone is really nice and keep to themselves.
