One bedroom is your private living room/home office with sofa, smart tv, reclining exec office chair and smart tv. all designed to perfection. There is one closet and a dresser for your storage with ample storage in the bathroom.
about the house: The house is a recent flip that I purchased in December. It was an extensive renovation with a lot of great design/features/materials selected. I came in and took it to the next level. I replaced all the decorative lighting and installed smart dimmers throughout the house. There are mini-splits in every room, which is great for the summer months. The house has Sonos throughout. The living room and dining room have all high end, designer furniture, fully accessorized with a great art collection throughout. Several large abstract art pieces define the areas. The gourmet kitchen features a 7’ center island, top of the line appliances, including stove, microwave, DW, garbage disposal, W/D and a fridge that makes craft ice, four kinds of ice actually. There is a private backyard that is accessible from French Doors in the dining room and primary bedroom and a side gate. There are two sun loungers over a large outdoor rug, a large bistro table with two dining chairs, a gas grill and an outdoor shower for rinsing off or cooling off while sunbathing. The home is professionally landscaped with landscape lighting around the perimeter of the house. There are security cameras outside the entry area, the side yard and gated off street parking. The house will be professionally cleaned once a month unless we feel it should be b-monthly.The rent includes high speed internet and all utilities. Utilities will be $100/month more during the summer months, however.
