House is 15 feet above Sea Level, 17miles inland, 20mins from Beach/Port, 45mins from Airport, only 4mins from Grocery, 2-3mins from Gas/Pharmacy, 10mins from College and 1 min from Library. It even has storm shutters and Alarm system. Room can be unfurnished or furnished as needed. Security deposit required. We have 2 indoor cats.
