Room layout offers privacy with minimal shared walls-only 2 of the rooms share wall with each other on one side. One room available (two shared bathrooms). Will consider 1 month lease with different rate. This home caters to all professionals with various working schedules. Outdoor is a place to escape the world, with a pool/fountain surrounded by palms and fruit trees. Fruit trees available for picking depending on season include: lemons, limes, nectarines, figs, avocados, persimmons, apples. There is a bbq accessible on property. Garage has plenty of storage to be shared amongst other roommates. Walking/running trails around gated community. Mins away is DT Visalia and Tulare. A short drive leads to Sequoia national park. No pets, single room occupancy Shared parking in driveway (fits 3-4 cars)and street parking. RV parking available (additional fee).
