Juliann's room

It’s in a quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway and shopping. The room is freshly painted. Furnished with a queen size bed, dresser with mirror and two night stands. Also, a ceiling fan. There is a whole house exhaust fan as well. Central Air/heat. Full kitchen and living room privileges. Patio, pool and Jacuzzi. Laundry room in house.

Iam female and the owner of the property. I have two other roommates currently. Both male. The one with the shared bathroom is usually only here on work days. It’s our quiet sanctuary. We all have a great rapore. We do hang out and will barbeque, hang by the pool. We are all mature, responsible adults.
