-When we aren’t working or taking care of the house we are doing art or projects, and relaxing.
Caine, Bel and Moose: Our three adorable corgis

We all have full time jobs and are typically up early weekday mornings. We tend to keep the house quiet after 9 out of respect for each other’s work schedules. We keep the common areas clean and the overall mood of the house mellow. We don’t throw parties, but will have small get togethers very infrequently.
We are a group of neurodivergent and mostly introverted folk looking for people who are courteous and aware of their impact on those around them. We limit the use of fragrances in the home and are very mindful of loud noises/sounds. However, corgis are a talkative, friendly, loving breed who match the energy of the people around them. We would like to live with people who are comfortable with dogs and understand this. We spend time training them and working with them to limit excess barking.
We have been renting out of rooms for over five years and are NOT looking for a “New Girl” type experience. We would like to live with others that we enjoy spending some time with, but also respect alone time as well.
Who we are looking for: We are looking for other professionals who enjoy a clean comfortable home; people who keep up and contribute to daily chores and household tasks. This means, whenever the kitchen or common areas are used, they are cleaned right after use. This also means that dishes are NOT left in the sink to “soak,” but are taken care of promptly. We don’t enjoy playing the dishwasher or trash/recycling game. The expectation is, if you see that it needs to be taken care of, take care of it.
