Room available for rent in single family home. Room is fully furnished, but I can empty furniture out if preferred. Shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

Must like dogs- two large dogs in the house - wiling to consider one more dog as long as they get along. No cats.

Sanford is a great central location - 45 min to Raleigh, 35 min to Cary and Southern Pines. Grocery store, coffee, breweries and restaurants located 5 min from house.
