Kaya's room

This is a second level condo with a pool, gym, and in unit laundry! The room will come with a queen sized bed and your own bathroom. There’s parking available outside and a garage if you have any equipment such as skis etc… that you wish to store. There’s an outdoor patio that has natural sunlight almost all day long!!

I am a student at CU studying economics. I work on the weekends near pearl as a server so I’m not home super often. I’m very clean and will respect your space. I like skiing, hiking, paddle boarding, and riding horses! I’m looking for someone who I can hangout with and be friends with too :)
