Spacious bedroom (11x15) plus large double-door closet. Lots of outlets. Dedicated full bathroom across the hall. Full kitchen with dishwasher. House has full HVAC, and also has a fantastic wood burning fireplace. Laundry in basement. Sits facing southeast towards the top of Mount Royal with great mountain/valley views out over Fletcher.
About the roomies
We are 32f and 28m, and have been roommates since we met in 2019 and moved into this house together in 2021. We’re both fairly handy and outdoorsy; I’m working on building a workshop out in the basement. We like cooking and crafts. I have two medium sized Aussie-mix dogs, 8 & 12yo, who are my favorite hiking buddies! I do accounting and he is working on a pilots license.
