We are looking for a short term tenant to fill the last 2 months of the existing lease. Earliest move in would be the last week of April 2026, and lease expires at the end of June. The current roommates will not be renewing the lease at that time.

The available room is a corner bedroom on the 1st floor (same floor as the living space) that has a dedicated full bathroom, not in-suite. House has full HVAC, and also has a fantastic wood burning fireplace. Full kitchen with dishwasher. Laundry in basement. Sits facing southeast towards the top of Mount Royal with great mountain/valley views out over Fletcher. Due to it currently being occupied, a virtual tour for prospective roommates would be preferred. Unfortunately we can’t accommodate cats.

This is a great spot to live and if you need a spot to settle into the area while you find something more long term, this is that spot!

We are 34f, 38f, and 26m(the one who is moving out). We’re all both fairly handy and outdoorsy; one of us is working on building a workshop out in the basement. We like cooking and crafts. One roommate has two medium sized Aussie-mix dogs, 9 & 13yo, who are my favorite hiking buddies! Our other roommate has another larger Heeler-mix who loves playing fetch! Two of us work in the outdoor industry and one works in hospitality.
