About the room
STUDIO with separate entrance - Ponte Vedra Beach- Less than a mile from the beach- Efficiency - room with separate entrance and 6’x 12’ screened patio, large private bathroom, walk-in closet. Includes all utilities and high-speed internet
The room can be furnished with an L-shaped couch that converts to a full-size bed with a memory foam mattress OR queen size bed (as pictured) with 50“ TV, small desk, small refrigerator, a microwave, and a hotplate. Shared washer and dryer.
The complex is gated and safe with parking near the entrance, beach access, a clubhouse, a pool, and a workout room. Association has Entrance to the beach.
This room is set up similar to an Airbnb and will not have access to the main living area. So if you’re looking for complete privacy on a budget this is ideal.
Application with income verification - paycheck stubs etc. References needed. Background check required per HOA (no credit check) cost 45.00
About the roomies
This is not a roommate situation as the room is separated with its own entry and set up like a Airbnb now. I am respectful of others boundaries. No parties, drugs, or loud music
