The apartment is in a four unit, quaint building at the end of a cul-de-sac, two blocks north of Ventura Blvd and right near the 101/405 freeway interchange. It is the only street of apartments in an all single-family home, residential area so it has a safe and drama-free vibe which I love. Our street always has plenty of parking and it is only a short little walk to: Gelson’s Starbucks In ’n Out Burger Crave 24-hour Cafe Ulta Best Buy All the cute shops and restaurants along Ventura Blvd
It is also less than a mile drive (or walk) to: Sherman Oaks Mall Trader Joe’s Target The Orange line The train station.
There is public transportation galore as we are right in the middle of the san fernando valley.
The apartment is furnished (see photos) but the available bedroom is not and I am asking for a year lease but will discuss other options- please just ask.
I have also installed a Blink security system with five motion-sensing cameras, a doorbell cam, floodlights, and several other outdoor lights for our safety. You will be given access to the Blink account as well.

Speaking of us, you will be sharing the apartment with two females, average age is 30. We are both relatively quiet and chill, and keep the apartment pretty tidy- we are hoping you are simpatico! You will be sharing the hall bathroom with just one other roommate (and occasional guests). It has a shower with a full size bathtub and a large counter/sink area. We both work and sometimes we work from home.
There is a very small, tiny tiny tiniest little dog that lives here too (her name is Snacks & she’s a six lb rescue chiweenie) but she mostly hangs out in my room or is with me somewheres so you may not even realize she’s here. She’s tiny AND quiet! We are not allowed any additional pets, unfortunately.
