About the room
Master suite with private full bath! Master bedroom is freshly painted with new flooring! Large room 15 feet in length x 11 feet in width. Master bath is feet length and 5 feet wide with separate shower and bath. Nice sized closet too!
Roommate will have full access to common house areas, kitchen/dining area and living room..you are home and encouraged to enjoy the space. Laundry facilities are in the garage, full sized washer and dryer available.
Professional cleaning services are provided monthly at no additional charge!
The deposit is non-refundable. The garage parking is optional for $100 additional monthly charge. No pets and non-smoker are a must.
About the roomies
I work from home and keep to myself. My roommate works outside the home and is also a private person. Both of us are peaceful women who work and enjoy our space.
