The apartment complex is very close to sac state and the light rail. The complex offeres a free shuttle to sac state and many other ammentities including a 24 hour gym, pool, study and game room, ect for you or friends youd have over. The unit you would get is a 3x3 with two other roomates already here, you would get your own private room and private bathroom already fully furnished. The only shared spaces would be the common areas plus you have an in unit washer and dryer and the common areas are fully furnished as well.

Hi im looking for someone to take over my lease till july 31st 2025 unfortunatley I have some issues back home I have to deal with so I am trying to be out as soon as the 31st of this month and have someone move in the 1st of April. So there are two other women living here with their own room and bathroom. they are very quiet and respectful one roomate does have a small puppy but is not loud and they are very considerate and do communicate.
