About the room
Master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom, and it also has a walk-in closet with lots of storage space. The apartment is located on the second floor, and the whole complex is gated with a code so only residents can come in. We have one designated parking space, and my current roommate and I switch spots every 3 days and it’s been a good system for us! There is also street parking available.
Rent is currently only $1,060, but going up to $1,145 in April. Wifi and SDGE are the only utilities we pay, and together it’s usually about $130 for each of us.
Notice: This is a short-term stay only! I’m moving out in July/August, so the room is only available until then. If you’re interested in taking over the apartment from me once I leave, that is also an option!
About the roomies
My current roommate is moving out on the 15th, so you’d just be splitting the apartment with me and my cat Olive, who is super cute even though she doesn’t pay rent lol. It’ll take her a sec to get to know you but once she does she’ll love you and will follow you around everywhere!
A little bit about me: I’m Hanna, I’m 23 and an artist going to school at Mesa College. I currently work in customer service, but I’m working towards being a full-time freelance artist! I love plants and I also smoke plants 👀 If that’s something you’re not cool with I’m totally happy to switch to vapes and edibles!
I’m looking for someone in my age range, early to late 20s. I’m okay with female or male roommates, but I’d definitely like to meet up in person and get to know each other a bit! Room tours are also something I’m happy to do 😊
