Southwest Badger Avenue

There is a master bedroom with a bathroom, we occupy this room so we pay $150 more in rent. You would have your own private room and the bathroom would technically be yours but I guess considered shared because it is in the common living area. Your portion of rent would be $800. Water is included in the rent but we pay power. Power averages $140-180 split between each of us. The lease goes until September 29th 2024. We are on the third story and have a nice baloney with a gorgeous view of the mountains. We have 2 cats so we ask no more pets please and we wouldn’t want to live with kids either. Couples or single are more than welcome!!!

Brian (24) and I (20) love hanging out with friends and getting out and doing anything outside. We love camping, snowboarding, going on trips, etc. we’re pretty active people when life is permitting lol. We both have pretty full plates with me being in college and working and then Brin working full time. We keep a clean house and we like peace and quiet within reason. That being said we’re younger adults and also like to have fun.
