I’m subleasing out the top floor of the home I have rented in the Cloverfields community of Stevensville.

The house was remodeled during COVID, and features new appliances and flooring. Your area includes a bedroom, a private bathroom with shower, a large living room, as well as several closets and a crawlspace for storage. We will share the kitchen (which also includes the laundry), and additional storage space is available in the garage attic.

The house is drug/smoke/pet free, and yardwork would be split between us. Utilities including high speed internet are included with the price.

The included HOA membership provides access to the local pool, clubhouse, and private beach.

Hello, I am a federal employee who works from home, and I can generally be described as quiet and nerdy. I keep the kitchen clean and the rest of the house reasonable. My current roommate (who is moving out), is happy to provide an unbiased reference on what I’m like to live with.
