It is a 10 minute drive to Brickell; 15 minute drive to Wynwood, Midtown, Coral Gables, and the airport; and a 25 minute drive to south beach! There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance and a soccer field for any of my soccer girls! The apartment units are mostly updated and they are working on updating the community amenities. There is a heated pool, grill, gym, community center, and offices onsite for use. Rent does not include electric or internet, so those are additional charges. Your bedroom would be the 9.11x10.7.
