About the room
I have 2 rooms for rent, in a new Rental, that is for 12 months. One room has access to a Balcony and the Price per month is $700.00, unless you would prefer to have ALL Utilities included such as (Cox Internet, Water/Trash with city of Glendale, TV, and Power with APS), and this Room is $1,150 per month. Utilities run $300+/$350 per person, per month!!!
The 2nd room , which does not have a Balcony, the price of the Room is $600.00 per month, or with Utilities is $950.00per month… This is the UNFURNISHED RATE.
I can also furnish with Brand new Bed for an Additional $50/month! So, looking for 6 month + tenants/roommates, and NO CATS, and NO SMOKING of any kind!!! Sorry And house backs up to a golf course so dogs okay, but I would be cautious due to golf course fairway the house runs along !! Which there has been multiple golf balls landing in back yard every day!
About the roomies
I am a single 46 yr old male, Non-smoking, self employed individual, looking for 2 responsible roommate for the next 12 months. Close to freeways, groceries stores, Midwestern University, and the mall.
