South Elm Street

Great neighborhood 10 minute drive south of downtown. We have a backyard with a fire pit and a couple of storage sheds. There are two driveways and a car port. The house has gas cooking and heating, as well as a fireplace in the living room. There is lots of space inside and out - great for parties. One and a half bathrooms: the full bathroom has a walk-in tile shower and a separate bubble bath.

We are looking for someone who likes to socialize and meet new people. We invite our friends over to hang out often and we like to play games, watch movies, drink, going to shows etc. We are also very active, we both enjoy skiing/snowboarding, and weight lifting. I also enjoy rock climbing and mountain biking.
