Renting the Primary Master Bedroom w/ bathroom for $1200. We also have a guest bedroom w/ private bath for $900. However, we are only looking to rent one of the two, preferably to a female tenant but would consider male. (We have two postings). This one and the other highlighting the guest bedroom with photos.

Our home is boarding Eastvale and Norco (riverside county); approximately 15-20 minutes from Yorba Linda / Anaheim Hills (orange county). You will find three Costco’s nearby and a Sam’s Club. Youll also find several popular restaurants within minutes of our location. Having cherished our home for twelve years, we take pride in our surroundings. We have friendly neighbors and enjoy gardening during the seasons.

We are seeking a respectful and clean individual (preferably female) to join our household, sharing the space with two other occupants—one retired and the other a working professional. We are easy-going and accomidate so you feel right at home. We rarely have visitors at our home.

Easy access to the 91 and 15 freeways. You can get to OC in reasonable time and you can get to downtown riverside in about 15 minutes. I play volleyball in Orange County and it takes me 15-20 minutes to get to Tustin an exit from the 5 freeway. I’d like to day that we live in a sweet spot!

About the Room:

● Primary Master Bedroom with Bath ● Fits a queen or king bed (we currently use this room as an office with a “L” shaped desk and some dressers)

I’m a working professional and I’ve had this home for twelve years. I’m a homebody but I do have my hobbies, like playing competitive indoor women’s volleyball and coed beach volleyball. I also do some hiking during the summer and enjoy hanging out with friends for game nights (at their home) and dinner. The other person is retired. She is invovled with her church and enjoys getting together with her friends outside of the home. We are both easygoing and accomidating. We like to keep things clean and tidy, and hope to find someone respectful and clean to join our household.
