Renting our Guest Bedroom with private bathroom for $900 a mth. We also have a primary master bedroom w/ bath for $1200. We only want to rent one of the two rooms to a female tenant.

We Board Norco and Eastvale. The 91 and 15 freeway are near by and we are about 15-20 mins from OC. You will find three Costco’s nearby and a Sam’s Club. There are also several popular restaurants within minutes of our location (i.e. Ten minutes from Dos Lagos shopping center). Having cherished our home for twelve years, we take pride in our surroundings. We have friendly neighbors and enjoy gardening during the seasons.

We are looking for a working professional (preferably female) tenant to rent one of our bedrooms. We are looking for someone respectful and a clean individual to join our easy-going and accommodate household. Two other people (owners) live in the home —one retired and the other a working professional.

Again, very easy access to ninety-one, fifteen Freeways.

A little about myself. I work in Employee Relations and have done this work for 10+ years, and my hobbies are playing indoor and beach volleyball. During the summer I enjoy hiking, gardening, and spending time with friends. The other person is retired. She is very sweet and keeps to herself. She is active with her church and enjoys spending time with her friends outside of the home.
