Paul's room

Bedroom available May 1st. We are 3 roommates who are focused on our careers and good health. We share a stunning home in the heart of Minneapolis and we are looking for our final roommate.

The House: -4 bedroom, beautiful huge 3000 sqf home. -Chef’s kitchen. Luxury gas range/stove/oven with hood. Dishwasher. Commercial filter for drinking water from the kitchen sink faucet, plus garbage disposal. Beautiful refrigerator with second one in basement. -Large finished basement with a steam room, jetted tub and a full home gym. Just got a chest freezer to store ice for ice baths. It’s a personal fitness haven. -Central air for both heat and AC with humidifier system. House is well insulated. -Three big adjacent living room spaces. One room is a studio for yoga, stretching, pilates, ballet barre and dance. The other rooms are a dining room and a living room. -Lovely yard with a privacy fence. We will be decorating it, building garden beds, adding a grill and outdoor furniture to make it cozy in the spring. -2 car garage and huge driveway for private parking. -Utilities and household supplies are split between the roommates. -Paul does personal training and massage therapy with clients from the basement. It has been working well as it doesn’t conflict with living here. -Behind our house is a beautiful townhome HOA neighborhood with a private park. We have great relationships with the neighbors. -Central Minneapolis location. Within walking distance of Children’s Minnesota Hospital, Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis Heart Institute, Twin Cities Spine Center, Phillips Eye Institute, American Swedish Institute and Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. -It’s also super close to downtown Minneapolis, Uptown, Seward, Powderhorn and easy access to 94 and 35w.

The Room: -Available May 1st. -Huge 550+ sqf master bedroom which is the private entire top floor with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. -Extra storage space available. -Garage parking is an option. -$1050 rent and $1050 security deposit. -You must have a clean background and your credit needs to demonstrate you pay bills on time. -The term of the lease is negotiable. One year preferred. If everything is a good fit, there would be an option to extend the lease. -There is the option for a furnished bedroom, but rent would be more.

The Roommates: We are LGBTQ friendly, and overall very progressive. -Paul is a 37yr old entrepreneur who owns two businesses. He is a performance artist, nutrition coach and personal trainer. He enjoys time in nature, cooking, working out and being involved with men’s groups that train men to be emotionally healthy. Helping others with healthy behavioral change is a driving force for him. -Bryan is a 33yo queer white cis man, working at the Mayo Clinic Square and finishing his BA in Communications at Metro State. He enjoys video games, board games, coffee, and learning about intersectional diversity, systems of oppression, and human behavior. -Jamie is a woman in her 30s who enjoys a health oriented lifestyle and she is pursuing her entrepreneurial goals.
