Professional, active 50’s gay male looking for a housemate to share an apartment. 12 month lease for a clean, contemporary 3rd floor, nearly 1500 sq ft apartment located in Citrus Grove area of Glendale w/all the amenities. Security building and garage parking space, Washer/Dryer, spacious primary bedroom w/attached large private bath, walk-in closet, 2 separate patios off the bedroom w/views, large kitchen with granite/all amenities. Larger open dining area open to living room area with another medium patio. Apartment fully and nicely furnished (available bedroom for rent unfurnished). $1,600 per month, plus split utilities of Electric/water, gas, Wifi, and cable if desired. I am a kind, respectful, easy-going, no drama here. Clean and tidy, but not a clean freak, just share in maintaining the shared living space (Open to hire a cleaning person to come in once a month, but not required). Please be financially responsible and able to prove income, as will need to get approved by the Property Mgmt Co. Prefer a housemate of any ethnicity, background, origin, culture, identity, orientation, and will have such friends over for dinner, celebrations, etc. on occasion. Please do the same. Much be comfortable, open, and welcoming to diversity. Please have family/friends stay for visits/and for a time within reason. Open to your significant other staying over-just not 24/7. Have no pets currently, but management allows cats with extra fee. No tobacco smoking please, but open to 420 outside. Prefer age 28-65 but very open. Work from home 3 days a week, 2 days in office. Exact move-in date potentially earlier then 7/1/24. Prefer a commitment of at least two years, but, but 12 months is great. Will send pics of apartment and available room (Smaller bedroom available instead for $1,500).
