South 3rd Avenue

The spacious home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and only two rooms are available. One of the bedrooms is $550 per month plus deposit. It has windows facing the street and a shared bathroom.To match with current house mates, young adults and college students are preferred. Another bedroom is larger and it is for $600 per month and it also have a shared bathroom. The entrance to the larger room is through the den.

Preferred: nonsmoker, no drinking alcohol, a responsible, clean, and able to pay on time. Also looking for a person who has a clean record, no DUI, and no criminal or civil cases or judgments. Tenants must take good care of the house and maintain it well. Tenants must respect other tenants and must respect neighbors right to peace and safety.

There is currently one young male adult living there. There are two who are moving out of state and have been living there for over a year. Nice and quiet place, great for serious college students.
