One bedroom with own bathroom. Great community with amazing common area including pool, hot tub and grilling. Close to shopping and highways. Parking for one car. The room is unfurnished. Jog and Forest in Greenacres.

I love to clean, cook and spend time with family. I’m looking for a roomie to vibe with. Rules are: leave things the way you find them, don’t break anything (so I can get my deposit back), and if you use something, put it back. I’m super respectful of people’s belongings and I expect the same in return.
