Beautiful 2000 square foot penthouse style apartment with big ocean views. The home has 3 bedrooms/2 baths. Professional, tidy female roommate to share with another professional female. It’s a furnished private bed and bath. The bath is a hall bath so for the occasional guest, they would be using this bath. In addition, there is an in-unit laundry. Parking is a driveway with tandem parking, and would have to be discussed with potential scheduling challenges, etc. Walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Just one other female lives in the home. I have two businesses and work a hybrid situation.
