Brand new large home in an upscale, diverse community. Situated near UTC Mall, UCSD, beautiful La Jolla beaches and Miramar Air Base. Recreation Center with Fit Gym, two pools, a jacuzzi and sauna is within walking distance. There is twice monthly cleaning by a bonded and insured cleaning company that is included in the rent.

The room for rent is a fully furnished bedroom, with shared bathroom and garage parking space fit for a smaller vehicle. There is a 36 cubic foot locker in the garage for added storage.
