Attic Suite is accessed through living room of main floor house (2 bedroom/2 bath) currently with only a single resident (the owner). Owner is an architect and musician who works in a separate office suite at the rear of the property, and spent the last five years renovating this historic house. Prefer responsible adult professional. Current owner’s hobby is running a national Argentine tango competition every year, and an Argentine dance party in Berkeley every month…otherwise is quiet, respectful, and happy full-time design professional who grew up in the Bay Area.
