Thunderbird and 83rd is the major cross streets. This is a charming cottage style house with three bedrooms, but it is occupied only by me and my kitties. It’s comfortable, safe, clean, quiet, and relaxed. We have beautiful, songbirds and wildlife all around. You will be the second and last added person with a lot of space and privacy to yourself. The room is a beautiful rare find, unfurnished or furnished available in stylish 1600 sq ft single level house w/ 1600 sq ft fully enclosed back yard w/ 2 shade umbrellas, covered patio, lavender, baby oaks, fig, and lemon trees. Share furnished kitchen, 2 dining rooms, living room garage, yards. There is room for additional furniture in living room. Beautiful, clean, safe family oriented neighborhood with small parks and shopping centers, post office, restaurants, market in walking distance. Beautiful sunsets. Comes w/ private detached bathroom w/tub and shower. The bedroom is 12’ x 11.5’ closet 8’ long. Extra dining space off kitchen available for personal use for an additional $80 per month, you can have your own private library room or office, this will not be offered for some musical instruments. New extra deep washer dryer in unit. My home is located very near 101 and Thunderbird exit (3 min. drive). No-smoking indoors. Guests permitted within limits on both sides mine and yours, privacy comes before social here. Guest are very welcome with some notice. This home is a great place for a working professional who is clean and quiet. Bills typically $116. I am a clean and organized person, I have an air filter in each room and sweep common areas daily. If you are allergic to cats, this is not the place for you, cleaning is house size maintenance or we can hire somebody and share the cleaning bill.

I love my job. If you have cat allergy or do not like pets you will not want this house.
