Sydney's room

I have 1 bedroom available at the Estate at Westbury Park for $800/ month rent. The bedroom has its own private bathroom. Laundry machines are included in the unit. Access to full kitchen and all appliances. Brand new water heater and the plumbing, AC/ heating is in excellent condition. We have internet in the unit. I live in the other bedroom here. No carpet; hard floors. It is a beautiful neighborhood filled with trees and we are within walking distance from the gas station and Publix.

The current tenant is still here, which is why photos of the room cannot be taken/ posted quite yet. I have a small dog, so no other cats or dogs are allowed. My dog is very friendly with humans, but he does not get along with other dogs/ cats. I do allow caged reptiles, birds, and fish, and certain other caged pets.
