We will be renting a room by May/June. Possibly sooner. Downtown Lancaster, 2 mins from hospitals & Antelope Valley College. 1 bedroom 1 shared bathroom between you and another bedroom we MIGHT rent out. Access to living room, kitchen (you’ll have your own cabinet space), backyard space, and drive way parking WHEN available but there’s also plenty of street parking. So parking would not be an issue for your vehicle/s. No smoking cigarettes. Light-Moderate Cannabis use is ok, as long as it’s outside. Currently furnishing the home. If you are looking for a furnished room for yourself, we will be more than happy to work on accommodations & pricing.

My partner and I have dogs and will stay with us part time for now so they won’t always be around. Our dogs are friendly. We are friendly but we are very understanding if you’re more on the introvert side and prefer to stay to yourself. We both have opposite work schedules and both work in SFV—which means you’ll get more privacy. We don’t have any kids. Looking for a respectful, trustworthy and clean roommate.
