Ty's room

This is a two bedroom condo, located in the heart of Snohomish. It is a 2 minute drive to downtown and 5 minute drive to highway 9. If you like to run or go on long walks, the Centennial Trail is located close to the property as well! The bedroom that is available is just about 11’ x 11’. The bathroom is shared, so that would need to be kept clean between both roomies. There is designated storage in the bathroom for personal belongings. As for the kitchen, there is plenty of storage in a huge pantry.

A little about myself. I am a business owner, which I still run from Washington state. Business is located back in Tennessee, where I am from. Up here, I am an area manager for another company. I am former military and have two different college degrees from NADC Tech and Vanderbilt University. Graduated at the top of my class with a perfect GPA. I am a clean cut professional that is looking for someone to rent out my extra room! My ultimate goal is to have enough money saved up to buy a house by the end of the 2025-2026. So, I am looking for someone who is willing to commit for at least a year! I have good hygiene and am extremely clean in my personal space and other areas around the house, picking up after myself. I do not drink and or smoke (personal choice/no prior abuse). No drug experimenting of any kinds. I do not care if you drink or smoke. Just no hard drugs and please be responsible when drinking. I work early hours of the morning from home, then proceed to work, where I return in the early afternoon. So, I definitely like it to be quiet in the house when the 7-8 pm hours rolls around. I am also kind of a nerd. I love to watch all kinds of documentaries and conspiracy theories on YouTube. I am a very big gamer as well, so the internet speed is phenomenal. If this ends up as a bonus, I will not be charging you for the internet! The PUD will be split, of course. Other than that, this is a perfect spot for a quiet professional!
