The room is very clean nice and cozy with an adjustable bed frame and queen size Tempurpedic mattress very comfortable also features a nice size window with lots of natural lighting and equipped with a ceiling fan with additional lighting also there is a chest dresser drawer, closet space, and additional hanging storage space inside the room…The tv in the room is only Fire Stick accessible no cable tv….The location of the property is on the bus line and within minutes to interstates 75 & 285, AMC movie theater, Publix’s Grocery, Nam Dae Mun Farmer’s Market, Friday’s, Southlake Mall, and More……(ALL SMOKING WILL BE OUTSIDE)

Living arrangement will be with myself and my partner we are females (LGBT Lifestyle ) very professional, respectful, hard working, and quiet we keep to ourselves and those are the same characteristics we prefer in our tenant…There are also 2 dogs inside the home that will not be in your space nor a bother to you (NO OTHER PETS WILL BE ALLOWED)
