Looking for a roommate to share an amazing 2bd/2bth space in Veranda La Jolla with. You would get your own private room and bathroom. More about the apartment and me below.

The complex has a gym, laundry room, pool, hot tub and elevator. It is mostly pet friendly, but no large dogs.

There is plenty of space if you want to work from home, work hybrid, commute, entertain guests, or just live a quiet life.

We’re walking distance from a number of grocery stores, coffee shops and restaurants. We are also walking distance from both UTC and also the UTC Trolley.

What I’m looking for in a roommate: I’m looking for someone who wants to be friendly at least, is not too loud, is clean enough to not get the carpet dirty, and is a generally nice and authentic person.

I am a 33 year old male, I work for UCSD in finance and work a hybrid schedule. I like to cook, I’m a big fan of history, and will talk your ear off about why you should visit Tokyo. My girlfriend is here often and brings her adorable black cat named Coco.
