About the room
Hey there! My roommate and I are currently looking for a third roomie to occupy one of bedrooms in our Lake Forest home starting April 1st. The house include laundry unit, a big backyard, lots of ample parking and a shared living room/kitchen area. We are located in a great, safe neighborhood that is a 10 minute drive from Irvine Spectrum and all the surrounding businesses also super close to the freeways. It’s a 6-month lease then opens up to month-per-month.
About the room: Rent is about $1100 (including utilities) and is a private room with a shared bathroom.
About the roomies
Two girls in our mid-20s working in marketing (I do mainly WFH, but the other roomie is in office). When we are not working, we love a good happy hour but also love relaxing at home. We are looking for someone who is clean, considerate of the shared spaces, easy going and would love to be friends with us! My roommate does have the cutest, fun-loving cat, so we are looking for someone who is pet friendly as well.
