Each room suite has secured keyed entry and mini refrigerators. The Kitchen, hallways, laundry and back patio are the only shared common areas.
Leases are month-to-month, but priority is given to tenants who plan to stay long-term. First month’s rent ($950) and security deposit ($500) required to move in ($1450 total).
