Bedroom is private at the end of hallway, easily fits a queen size bed, nightstand, large and long size dresser, bookshelf and spacious closet to hang clothes.

Private front and side entrance. Front porch area easily accommodates bistro table, chairs, and plants 🪴 Landlord cares for yard, shovels snow and salts driveway/walkways. Lease is for May 1-Sept 1 (not a sublease) with option to resign lease for longer term with a roommate of your choice as we will be moving.
