Living room is furnished and can use some plants and decor (I want this space to feel like home for everyone ), and the living room has space for a desk for anyone who is remote.

The master bedroom has ample natural light (perfect for plant lovers), a large walk-in closet, and a spacious bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. This space is huge and would be perfect for a couple of someone who works from home.

The rooftop balcony on the top floor offers stunning views of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located, with free and secure street parking. The townhome is updated and modern, just a 5 to 10-minute drive from downtown Portland.

My current roommate and I love this space, but she is moving abroad, and I would like to stay here for another year. I’m seeking a single individual (preferably female, aged 28-40) or open to male roommate or couple upon meeting if I am comfortable with the dynamic.

1. Renewing: 6/1 for another 12-month lease – must commit to a full year by this date.
2. Rent: Your portion will be $1350
3. Deposit: $1250
4. Utilities: Vary depending on usage and the amount of people living in the unit. Gas and electric are billed monthly, and water is billed every 3 months.
5. Internet: Xfinity high speed - $65/monthly split between roommates.
6. Pet Rent/Deposit: One pet limit for 40lb weight or less - Deposit $500 and rent $50/monthly - not including ESA animals
7. Application: App. Fee is $50 per person and income requires 2x the base rent of $2495 for the whole household, including myself. Involves screening of criminal, rental and credit and income.

Bills and rent are all handled by me on a monthly basis.
