Located in a quiet neighborhood. The whole condo is fully furnished ( except for your possible room). Property has one and a half baths, living room, and basement. Washer and dryer in home.

Newly graduated female culinary student. I work in the culinary industry and restaurants ,so I will be in and out late. Seeking another female roommate. I do not have any pets nor children on the property , and would prefer to keep it that way due to HOA rules. I mostly keep to myself , but I’m very friendly. Really good at keeping shared areas clean as well.
