1 bedroom with a great view of the redwoods in the park in front of the condo. The bedroom has a large spacious closet and a ceiling fan. Personal bathroom all to yourself, not attached but a short way down the hall with storage cabinets, shower, toilet, and sky light. The bedroom can come furnished with a bed, side tables and lamps, dresser and small TV or you can furnish it yourself. In-house laundry and access to the common areas. The fridge and food pantry are large and you’ll have plenty of space to store your things. Smoking is allowed on the back patio only. Spacious lighted back patio and garden area which is plant, bee, and hummingbird friendly. I have a gas grill you are welcome to use. We have a cute group of squirrels that live in the redwoods. Gated community with passcodes and comes with garage access and a clicker. Additional storage can be negotiated in the house and garage if needed. Beautiful forest-like walking areas, pool, clubhouse, and 24 hour security (we don’t lose packages). Rent includes high speed internet, electricity, water/trash, and access to streaming services like Netflix in the living room. Near Van Ness and Shaw, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby including Annex Kitchen and Mochuelo. There’s a city bus stop right down the block, and it’s only 5 min away from hwy 99/10 min away from hwy 41. Close to Fresno City College (10 min) and Fresno State (20 min).

I am a college professor. I live here in a condo community with my golden retriever and two cats. I am a quiet professional, LGBT+ friendly, responsible, clean (a clean roommate is important to me) and nerdy. The community is quiet and mostly older adults and families. I love to cook (and share my food because I always make too much), listen to music, hike, travel, read, and I’m an animal lover.
